Abbey graduated from William Woods University, Fulton, MO with a B.S. in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Personal Training, Nutrition and Dietetics.  She did her intership with HADH.  Abbey will be providing the following programs at Hermann Fitness Source:

- Personal Training -- designed for people of all ages and capabilities.

- Nutrition Counseling -- designed to help individuals of all ages as well as people with special dietary needs (athletes, diabetics, gluten-free) with nutrition guidance.

-Cardiac Rehab Phase III - program design, implementation and supervision
