HADH 3rd Quarter Employee - Cindy Fleer, RN

Cynthia Fleer, RN was selected as Employee of 3rd Quarter (July, August, and September) by the Employee Appreciation Committee of Hermann Area District Hospital.  The employee of the quarter is selected by a committee of peers based upon the employee going above and beyond for the hospital, fellow employees, and the community we serve.  She received a certificate, corsage and gift certificate to Vintage Restaurant.  Cynthia resides in New Haven, MO and is married to David and they have four teenage children Elijah, Olivia, Madeline, and Jonathan. 

 

Cynthia has been employed at Hermann Area District Hospital since 2007, she previous worked at HADH in 1992 these days you will find her in the Emergency Department.  She graduated from Missouri Baptist, St. Louis, MO and has been in nursing for 25 years.   In those years she had worked in labor and deliver, as a traveling nurse, in the surgery department with pre-op and recovery.  Cynthia is an upbeat caring compassionate person always greeting you with a smile and a cheery word.   “I like how everyone supports one another and works together; it is like family here at HADH.” Cynthia remarked.
