What: We are “Adopting a Client” who is in need of improving their physical wellness through nutrition and guided exercise. Individuals submit a personal story as to why they are deserving of being “adopted” to improve their health. 

Who: Anyone looking to improve their health, but may not be able to financially afford personal training and nutrition, their health is in jeopardy or they just need assistance in getting started on the right track.

When: Entries run from December 1 thru December 31.  The winner will be selected the first week in January with package beginning immediately after.
