Mission
The Hermann Fitness Source is dedicated to providing you the tools and encouragement you need to create the results you desire. We are equipped with elliptical trainers, treadmills, recumbent bikes, weight machines and free weights. Staff members include an Exercise Physiologist, Physical and Occupational Therapists and Fitness assistance/instructors.
