HADH provides home health visits for patients whose doctors decide they need medical care at home on an intermittent (not full time) basis. All services are provided by licensed personnel under the direction of the patient’s primary physician.

Home health services include:                                  

Skilled nursing care                                    

Physical therapy

Occupational therapy

Speech therapy

Medical social services

Homemaker-Personal Care Aide (self-pay)
