What Healthcare Services Do Our Clinics Offer?

Our four health clinics offer a full range of primary care services, including same day sick appointments, pending availability.  Below is a list of services you may find at one of our two health clinics: Southwest Medical Associates and  Associated Medical Arts,  *Please note that not all services may be offered at every clinic, so be sure to ask when calling to schedule your appointment.  Let us know if you have any questions.  We are happy to help and are here for your healthcare needs.

Well Child Checks

It is important for children to have their Wellness visits done to check on the child’s growth and development in order to find or prevent problems.  Immunizations are also offered.

Well Woman Exams

Well Woman Exams are offered to women to review elements of their health and reproductive health.  It is recommended once a year for most women.

Contraceptive Management

We help patients interested in contraceptives learn about their options and help choose what works best for them.

Well Male Exams

Well Male Exams are encouraged to all men to ensure they are at their optimal health.

Department of Transportation (DOT) Physicals

We offer the DOT Physicals which is an evaluation required in order to operate a commercial vehicle, ensuring that each driver is capable and healthy enough to successfully complete the duties associated with commercial driving.

Vaccines for Children Program (VFC)

Our clinics participate in this program, which is federally funded, providing no-cost vaccines to children who lack health insurance or who cannot otherwise afford the cost of the vaccination.

Immunizations

We offer a variety of immunizations for both children and adults.

Sick Visits

For patients feeling under the weather, we are here to assess you or your loved one to see what we can do to get you better.  We have several providers onsite who care about your health and will make sure to do what they can to see that you get better.

Chronic Care Visits

These visits help address patients who have diabetes, hypertension, COPD, asthma, & other chronic conditions.

Medicare Wellness Exams

Medicare covers a yearly appointment to discuss Medicare patients’ plans of preventive care in the coming year.  This appointment is called the annual Wellness Visit.  During the first annual wellness visit, patients and their healthcare provider will create a prevention plan based on their needs.  This is at no cost to those who qualify.

Weight Loss Management Program

Our program combines monthly visits, assistance in calorie counting, exercise, and a combination of medications to promote a healthy weight loss program for everyone.  We are here to assist you on your journey to a healthier you.

Counseling

Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers provide counseling for patients’ mental and emotional health, seeing patients of all ages for a variety of needs.
