Beat the Winter Blues: Community Walking Program in Hermann
January 16, 2018
Beat the winter blues and enjoy the opportunity to walk and talk with friends while doing something healthy for yourself during these colder months!
Hermann Area District Hospital and the Gasconade County R-1 School District are sponsoring Community Walking at the Hermann Middle School. Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to come and walk in the evenings, Monday through Thursday from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm, on days when school is in session, October – May. There is a binder in the lobby that has a one mile map and sign-in sheet. Walkers are required to sign in/out and wear an ID badge while walking. The badges are located by the sign-in binder. This program runs until school is dismissed for the summer in May. For more information, please contact Susan Lenger at email@example.com, or by calling her at (573) 486 – 2154.
